Existing helper apps
The following apps are currently available for the catworkx Configuration Import Export Helper for Jira framework:
catworkx Jira Agile Config Im-/Exporter
Feature during export
- export all Scrum/Kanban boards from the Atlassian Jira Software Application (formerly Agile or Greenhopper)
- Since 9.0.0.8 / 10.0.0.8: export Sprints related to Scrum Boards and Issues related to Sprints
Feature during import
import the Scrum/Kanban boards relating to a given filter (search request/JQL) during the import- Since 9.0.0.8 / 10.0.0.8: import or merge (duplicates) Sprints related to created Scrum Board(s) and re-link Issues related to Sprints
not relating to project import
Standalone feature
This feature requires a catworkx license
- Since 9.0.0.8 / 10.0.0.8:
- import or merge (duplicates) Sprints related to existing Scrum Boards and re-link Issues related to Sprints
- create Sprints related to existing Scrum Boards and re-link Issues related to Sprints without checking for duplicates
- remove any orphaned sprints in the system with or without checking issue relations

Feature during export
- export all Jira Service Management related information, on a per project basis
Feature during import
- import e.g. Request Types, SLAs, Calendars, JSM Automation rules etc.
- will not import any global settings
- prevents email setting import to prevent leaking of secrets (passwords)
