[cwx-ppm] Archive/Restore Project Function

This post-function archives the a selected project respectively restores an archived project.

To archive/restore projects, you need to have a Jira Data Center license.

Required information:

Archive Project Custom Field: Select a Project Picker (single project) or CWX Project by category custom field that stores the project to be restored. Select 'None' to deactivate.
Restore Project Key Custom Field: Select the custom field that stores the key of the project to be restored. Select 'None' to deactivate.
System User: Sets a system user for creating the project, issue links, etc. If you don't explicitly set a user, the system will use a Jira Administrator.
