  1. In the OTRS dashboard, select the Admin tab.
  2. In the Admin tab, select SysConfig in the "System Administrattion" section.

    The "SysConfig" dialog appears.
  3. In the "Actions" section, search for Frontend.

    The search results are displayed on the right.
  4. Select Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom in the list of search results.

    At the bottom of the dialog in the "Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketZoom###DynamicField" section, the shown dynamic fields are listed.

    Note that the "JIRAIssueID" dynamic field is added automatically to the ticket zoom screen during the installation of the OTRS package of catWorkX OTRS Integration for JIRA.

  5. Add all OTRS ticket fields you want to map to JIRA issue fields by clicking the plus button.
  6. Click Submit to activate your changesIf needed, enter the correct URL then click Submit.
