To uninstall the Outlook add-on in of Outlook Integration for JIRAJira, two options are available:

1. Use Control Panel of Windows:
   
   1. Open the Control Panel of Windows
      1. Windows 7/8: In Programs & Features > Uninstall Software
      2. Windows 10: In Settings, select System > Apps & features
   2. Select Outlook Integration for JIRA and click Uninstall.
2. Use the installer of Outlook Integration for JIRAJira:
   1. Run setup.exe of the installer. (Make sure the installer has the same version like the one you want to uninstall.)
   2. Select Uninstall.

Jira App

To uninstall the JIRA add-on Jira app of Outlook Integration for JIRAJira, do the following on the JIRA Jira server:

1. Log into the JIRA Jira server as administrator.
2. From the Administration menu, select Add-ons.
3. In the left column, select Manage add-ons.
4. By default the user-installed add-ons apps are listed in the right frame. The Outlook Integration for JIRAJira should be listed.
5. From the add-on app list, select Outlook Integration for JIRA.
   
6. To uninstall the Outlook Integration for JIRAJira, select Uninstall.
7. To confirm, click Uninstall add-on in the confirmation dialog.
8. The add-on app is removed and a confirmation should appear on the "User-installed add-ons" list.
9. If you click the Reload button in your Web browser, the Outlook Integration for JIRAJira should be removed from the list of "User-installed add-ons".
