Install Package

To install catWorkX OTRS Integration for JIRA on your OTRS server, do the following:

Log in as administrator.
On your OTRS Dashboard, select the Admin tab.

Select Package Manager in the "System Administration" section of the "Admin" tab.

In the "Actions" section of the "Package Manager" dialog, browse for the proper OTRS package and click Install Package.

Navigate to the OTRS Package Manager as described above.
In the "Local Repository" section, select Uninstall at the right of your "JIRAPackage" entry.

The entry is removed from the "Local Repository" list.
