When installing the OTRS package a dynamic field "JIRAIssueID" is created automatically for holding an active remote link to the corresponding JIRA issue. Check the "Show Link" settings of the "JIRAIssueID" field to adapt it regarding the JIRA base URL to generate the correct link. Do the To display dynamic fields in the ticket zoom screen, do the following as OTRS administrator:

  1. In the OTRS dashboard, select the Admin tab.
  2. In the Admin tab, select Dynamic Fields SysConfig in the "Ticket SettingsSystem Administration" section.

  3. In the "Dynamic Fields List".

  4. Select the JIRAIssueID ticket.

  6. Select Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom in the list of search results.
    At the bottom of the dialog in the "Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketZoom###DynamicField" section, the shown dynamic fields are listed.

    Note that the "JIRAIssueID" dynamic field is added automatically to the ticket zoom screen during the installation of the OTRS package of catWorkX OTRS Integration for JIRA.

  7. Add all OTRS ticket fields you want to map to JIRA issue fields by clicking the plus button.
  8. Click Submit to activate your changesIf needed, enter the correct URL then click Submit.
