Install Package

To install catWorkX OTRS Integration for JIRA on your OTRS server, do the following:

  1. Log in as administrator.
  2. On your OTRS Dashboard, select the Admin tab.
  3. Select Package Manager in the "System Administration" section of the "Admin" tab.

  4. In the "Actions" section of the "Package Manager" dialog, browse for the proper OTRS package and click Install Package.

  5. In the warning dialog, click Continue.

Uninstall Package

Installation:

Once you have the information, please visit the downloads page and choose the proper OTRS Package and upload it  via the OTRS Package Manager.

After installing the package has been successfully installed it will be listed in the local Repository.

    The "JIRAPackage" should appear in your "Local Repository" list in the Package Manager.

Uninstall Package

To uninstall catWorkX OTRS Integration for JIRA from your OTRS server, do the following:

  1. Navigate to the OTRS Package Manager as described above.
  2. In the "Local Repository" section, select Uninstall at the right of your "JIRAPackage" entry.

  3. In the confirmation dialog, select Uninstall package.
  4. The entry is removed from the "Local Repository" list.
