For catWorkX OTRS Integration for JIRA the following dynamic field should be created automatically during the installation of the OTRS package on your OTRS system:

This custom field is used to store the JIRA issue ID. The name must match the value of the
JIRAKEY
"Dynamicfield with JIRA Issue ID" in the JIRA add-on configuration.

Furthermore you have to create all fields you use in the field mapping configuration.

Note

Mappings for JIRA fields that do not exist will be ignored. Mappings for OTRS fields that do not exist will throw exceptions.

To create a custom dynamic field in OTRS, you have to do the following:
