  1. In the OTRS dashboard, select the Admin tab.
  2. In the Admin tab, select Dynamic Fields in the "Ticket Settings" section.

    The "Dynamic Fields Management - Overview" dialog appears, displaying the "Dynamic Fields List".
  3. Select the JIRAIssueID ticket.
    The "Dynamic Fields - Ticket: Change Text Field" dialog appears.

  4. If needed, enter the correct URL then click Submit, then click Submit.
    The new dynamic field should be added to the "Dynamic Fields List".
