Install Package

Before installing the OTRS package, you need to determine which JIRA and OTRS versions you are running.

Make sure you have install the required Perl modules on your OTRS server.

To install catWorkX OTRS Integration for JIRA on your OTRS server, do the following:

Log in as administrator.
On your OTRS Dashboard, select the Admin tab.
Select Package Manager in the "System Administration" section of the "Admin" tab.
In the "Actions" section of the "Package Manager" dialog, browse for the proper OTRS package and click Install Package.
Please note
Package has not been verified by the OTRS Group. Though it is well designed regarding the OTRS design principles.

If you have any doubts make sure to install the Package on a test system first.
In the warning dialog, click Continue.
If you have not install the required Perl modules , you will get an error message at this point.
If the installation was successful, a confirmation dialog is displayed.
Click Continue.
The "JIRAPackage" should appear in your "Local Repository" list in the Package Manager.
