To activate the Create Issue dialog, do the following as OTRS administrator:


Frontend.Select Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom in the list of search results.
At the bottom of the dialog in the "Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketZoom###DynamicField" section, the shown dynamic fields are listed.
Note that the "JIRAIssueID" dynamic field is added automatically to the ticket zoom screen during the installation of the OTRS package of catWorkX OTRS Integration for JIRA. |
