If you are using catWorkX OTRS Integration for JIRA on a JIRA 6.4 (or older) system, you have to enable remote API calls.

In JIRA 7.0 (or newer) remote API calls are always accepted.

To accept remote API calls on JIRA 6.4, do the following:

  1. Log in as administrator.
  2. From the JIRA administration menu, select System.
    The "Settings" dialog appears.
  3. Click Edit Settings.
  4. Search for "Accept remote API calls" in the "Options" section.
  5. Select ON.
  6. Click Update on the bottom of the dialog.
