Project Metadata - v7.0.1.5

In JIRA a new project needs a name, a unique key, a project lead, a short description, an URL and an icon to be created. These information is static and can not be extended for specific projects. catWorkX Project Metadata provides an flexible additional storage and functions to write metadata to issue fields. In detail this is:

  • The Metadata Manager is used in the project administration to create, edit and delete metadata information as key-value pairs.
  • The provided post-functions can be used to copy metadata into a text field and vice versa.
  • Two new custom field types to display metadata information.
