Project specific Push and Pull - < v6.4.10.6

JIRA  project administrators will find on the project adminstration screen an additional tab for pushing (pulling) project specific filters or dashbaords

The functionality in comparison to the global push and pull function is limited in a way that here

1. only filter and dashboards are selectable have a project specific sharing permission
2. Push and Pull addresses always all project role members
