[cwx] Create Bamboo Plan

This post-function creates a new Bamboo plan.

Before you can use this post-function, a project in Bamboo has to exist.

Required information:

Project Key Field: Select the "CWX Bitbucket Project Picker" custom field that contains the project in which to create the Bamboo plan. This project will also be used as project for the Bitbucket repository.
Plan Name Field: Select a custom field that contains the name for the new plan.
Repository Key Field: Select a custom field where the new repository key is saved in.
Link to Bamboo Plan: Select a "CWX Bamboo Link Field " where the new repository key is saved in.
