Create Screens

The configuration of screens depend on your business requirements and workflow. Probably you will a "Create" screen and an "Edit/View" screen.

To create a new screen, do the following in the system administration:

  1. Select Issues.
  2. Select Screens in the side bar at the left.
  3. Select Add Screen in the top right corner.
    The "Add Screen" dialog appears.
  4. Enter a name for the new screen and click Add.
    The "Configure Screen" dialog appears.
  5. Select the fields you want to be displayed on the screen from the menu in the "Field Tab".
