Add Custom Field to a Screen

The configuration of screens depend on your business requirements and workflow.

To add a custom field to an existing screen, do the following:

  1. Select Issues in the Jira Administration menu.
  2. Select Screens in the side bar at the left.
    The list of configured screens is displayed.
  3. Select Configure at the right of the screen entry you want to change.

    The list of the fields that are on the selected screen is displayed.
  4. To add a new field on the screen, select the field from the pull-down menu at the bottom of the list.
