If you have problems with the execution of your operations, you should have a look at the audit log of the Issue Publisher for Jira: Support → Audit log
If the audit log does not not help you to solve your problem, feel free to contact our support team. They might ask you for a support zip to find the solution: Support → Export → Support Zip
If it makes sense you can also include the support zip in your initial request to our support team.
