Map "Earliest/Latest date in issue hierarchy" Custom Fields

To map all "Earliest date in issue hierarchy" and "Latest date in issue hierarchy" custom fields of catworkx Project Portfolio for Jira to a linking type, do the following:

1. In the side bar of the app administration, select Date Hierarchy Fields from the "Portfolio Management" section.
   The "Date-Hierarchy: Configure each Customfield of this plugin indiviually" dialog is displayed.
   
2. For each Date-in-hierarchy Custom Field, select a linking type you want to map to the field.
3. Click Submit.
