The following custom field type is provided by catWorkX JIRA Portfolio Management:
CWX Project by category
Displays projects by category, by setting the metadata key to <customfieldName>_<projectCategory>. The category is provided by the catWorkX Project Metadata add-on.

Summed time over issue hierarchy
The field will sum and display the times in the hierarchy of a mapped linking type.
