[cwx-ppm] Set project category to project

This function sets the project category for a project. The values for project key and category are taken from custom fields.

Required information:

• Project Category Custom Field: Select the custom field holding the category to set.
• Project Key Custom Field: Select the custom field that contains the project key of the project on which to set the category.
