[cwx-ppm] Switch Permission Scheme

This post-function sets a selected permission scheme for the related project if an JQL result is not empty.

Required information:

• JQL Filter: This post-function will only be run if the current issue satisfies the JQL condition. To enforce execution of the post-function, leave this field empty.  
• Template Project : Select the project containing the metadata.
• Template Project Field: Select the "CWX Project by category" custom field that contains the metadata. Select either a project or a project field.
• Target Project Key Custom Field: Select the custom field that contains the project key of the project on which to set the permission scheme.
  
• Metadata Key: Enter the metadata key which provides the name of the permission scheme to set.
