Installation

At the moment, you can obtain the catworkx Resets for Jira app as JAR file only directly from catworkx.

Install App

To install catworkx Resets for Jira using the Universal Plugin Manager (UPM), do the following:

  1. Log into the Jira server as administrator.
  2. From the Administration menu, select
  3. Manage apps
  4. .
  5. By default, you should see Atlassian Marketplace for Jira dialog in the right frame. Select Manage apps in the side bar on the left.
  6. Select Upload app.
  7. Browse for the JAR file and select it.
  8. In the "Upload app" dialog, select Upload.
  9. In the confirmation dialog, select Close.
  10. Select Close in the confirmation dialog.
    catworkx Resets for Jira should be listed in the list "User-installed apps".
  11. If you click the Reload button in your Web browser, you should see a section "Reset History of Issues" in the sidebar on the left that contains the following links:

Uninstall App

To uninstall catworkx Resets for Jira, do the following on the Jira server:

  1. Log into the Jira server as administrator.
  2. From the Administration menu, select Manage apps.
  3. In the left side bar, select Manage apps.
  4. By default the user-installed apps are listed in the right frame. The catworkx Resets for Jira app should be listed.
  5. From the app list, select catworkx Resets for Jira.
  6. To uninstall the catworkx Resets for Jira app, select Uninstall.
  7. To confirm, click Uninstall app in the confirmation dialog.
  8. The app is removed and a confirmation should appear on the "User-installed apps" list.
  9. If you click the Reload button in your Web browser, the catworkx Resets for Jira app should be removed from the list of "User-installed apps".

Disable/Enable App

Disable App

To disable catworkx Resets for Jira, do the following on the Jira server:

  1. Log into the Jira server as administrator.
  2. From the Administration menu, select Manage apps.
  3. In the left side bar, select Manage apps.
  4. By default the user-installed apps are listed in the right frame. The catworkx Resets for Jira app should be listed.
  5. From the app list, select catworkx Resets for Jira.
  6. To disable the catworkx Resets for Jira app, click Disable.
  7. To indicate that the app is disabled, the font of the catworkx Resets for Jira entry in app list changed from black to gray.
    An "Enable" button should appear.

Enable App

To enable a disabled catworkx Resets for Jira app, do the following on the Jira server:

  1. Log into the Jira server as administrator.
  2. From the Administration menu, select Manage apps.
  3. In the left side bar, select Manage apps.
  4. By default the user-installed apps are listed in the right frame. The catworkx Resets for Jira app should be listed.
  5. From the app list, select catworkx Resets for Jira.
  6. To enable the catworkx Resets for Jira app, click Enable.
  7. To indicate that the app is enabled, the font of the catworkx Resets for Jira entry in app list changed from gray to black.
    An "Disable" button should appear.
