To use all features of the catWorkX OTRS Integration for JIRA, you also have to install the catWorkX JIRA Configuration Handler on your JIRA server. This add-on is already included in the OBR-file.

The following PERL modules are required on your OTRS server:

Digest::MD5 JIRA::Client JSON REST::Client MIME::Base64 Switch Date::Format Date::Parse	JIRA::REST REST::Client Time::Piece

You can install these modules on your OTRS server by cpan -i <ModuleName>.
