General Information

The app only processes information that is located on your system.

The Jira app saves the OTRS access information (OTRS URL, user name and password). This information is saved locally within the app on the Jira server. The OTRS package saves the Jira access information (Jira URL, user name and password). This information is saved locally on the OTRS server.

When the Jira app is used to create or update an OTRS ticket, the content of the configured custom fields is send directly using HTTPS to the OTRS server. When the OTRS app is used to create or update a Jira issue, the content of the configured dynamic fields is sent directly using HTTPS to the Jira server.

catworkx does not process any data. catworkx does not collect any analysis data or send data to catworkx or third parties.
