In this section, you configure default values.

At the top of this section a message displays, for which fields you have to specify default values.

To configure a default value, you have to do the following:

1. Select Add default field value.
   The "Add Default Value" dialog appears.

2. In the "Add Default Value" dialog, do the following:
   1. OTRS Field Type:Select the OTRS field type.
   2. OTRS Field Name:Select the OTRS field name.
   3. Default Value: Enter the default value. The value that will be used to initialize the OTRS field if no other value is provided.
   Click Save.

 If in your OTRS the Time Unit field is required for all articles, you can enter the default value here.
