Installation:

Before installing the Add-On you need to determine which JIRA and OTRS versions you are running.

Once you have the information, please visit the downloads page and choose the proper OTRS Package and upload it  via the OTRS Package Manager.

After installing the package has been successfully installed it will be listed in the local Repository.

 

Please note

Package has not been verified by the OTRS Group.

Though it is well designed regarding the OTRS design principles.

As an Platinum Expert Partner catWorkX prefers the relationship with Atlassian.

If you have any doubts make sure to install the Package on a test system first.

If you get this error message, please install the necessary Perl modules first.
