Configure Add-On - v5.10.7.5

catWorkX Confluence Revision needs to be configured on a space basis.

To configure catWorkX Confluence Revision, do the following as space administrator.

1. From the "Space tools" menu, select Add-ons.
2. (Optional) If you have other add-ons installed on your Confluence, select the Manage Revision tab.

3. The dialog of the "Manage Revision" tab shows three sections

    "Revision Properties"...

   

   The "Revision Properties" dialog is used to edit the time periods between the escalation stages. Click Edit to configure the following:

   • Escalation Period 1: Number of days before stage 1 escalation comes into effect
   • Escalation Users: User(s) to notify on stage 1 escalation
   • Escalation Period 2: Number of days before stage 2 escalation comes into effect
   • Date Format: Format of the revision dates
   • Default revision period: Period that will be added to today's date, if a new revision gets activated in this space.
    "Bulk change reviser in this space"...

   

   The "Bulk change reviser in this space" dialog is used to perform a bulk change of the revisor.

   Specify the user you want to replace in the "From user" textbox and the user that should be the new revisor in the "To user" textbox. Then click Update.

    "Pages"...

   

   The "Pages" dialog displays the revision statuses of the pages in the current space.
