There seems to be a problem with Rich Filters in the latest version. Issue Picker fields show up fine in e.g. Jira Pie Chart and other gadgets that use Jira's statistical field support, but Rich Filters doesn't show any Issue Picker values. If you want support, please contact the vendor, or wait until they support Issue Picker fields in the filter controller.

You can downgrade to version 9.3.3, but be advised that statistical field support there is broken, so both Rich Filters and e.g. Pie Chart may not work correctly in the old version (this is why we did the change in 9.3.4 in the first place!), especially if you use remote Issue Pickers. But in some cases the old version may accidentally work ok, so you can keep using it.
