catworkx Auto-Summary for Jira has two features:

1. It allows you to hide the mandatory "Summary" custom field from the "Create Issue" dialog.
2. It allows you to set or change the summary of an issue during a workflow transition. Therefor you can define a template for the summary in the add-on configuration. In the template, you can use variables to add dynamic content.

With that, catworkx Auto-Summary for Jira can be used to create unique summaries you may need for reporting.
