Install Package

To install OTRS Integration for Jira on your OTRS server, do the following:

1. Log in as administrator.
2. On your OTRS Dashboard, select the Admin tab.
   
3. Select Package Manager in the "Administration" section of the "Admin" tab.
   
   

4. In the "Actions" section of the "Package Manager" dialog, browse for the proper OTRS package and click Install Package.
   

   Please note

   The package has not been verified by the OTRS Group. Though it is well designed regarding the OTRS design principles.

   If you have any doubts, make sure to install the package on a test system first.

   To allow the installation, enable Package::AllowNotVerifiedPackages in the System Configuration module.

5. In the warning dialog, click Continue.
   

   If you have not install the required Perl modules, you will get an error message at this point.

6. If the installation was successful, a confirmation dialog is displayed.
   
7. Click Continue.
   The "JIRAPackage" should appear in your "Local Repository" list in the Package Manager.
   

Uninstall Package

To uninstall OTRS Integration for Jira from your OTRS server, do the following:

1. Navigate to the OTRS Package Manager as described above.
2. In the "Local Repository" section, select Uninstall at the right of your "JIRAPackage" entry.
   
3. In the confirmation dialog, select Uninstall package.
4. The entry is removed from the "Local Repository" list.
