Configuration

To open the Teamworkx Issue Picker configuration page, do the following as Jira system administrator: 

  1. Choose Jira setting > Apps. 

  2. Locate ISSUE PICKER section and select the Global Settings field.

The "Issue Picker" dialog is displayed.

The dialog displays a table of all Issue Picker custom fields that are already configured. After the installation, the list is still empty.

The table has the following columns:

  • Name: Display name of the issue picker

  • Selection mode: "Single" or "Multiple Issues" can be selected

  • JQL: Query that limits the scope of the provided issues.

  • Visibility: Icons of projects, issue types and request types where the issue pickers is visible.

  • Actions: Icons to edit or delete the issue picker

To create a new Issue Picker, click on the Create button. The dialog that is displayed has the following tabs:
