Employee Project

The "Employee project" tab is used to configure the project that contains all employee issues:

  • : Select a project from the menu that should be used to capture the employees as issues.
  • : Select a user picker custom field that links to the employee's Jira user account.
  • : Select the custom field that stores the employee's leave entitlement.
  • : Select the custom field that stores the employee's residual leave.
  • : Select the custom field that stores the employee's total vacation days for the current year.
  • Total special leave custom field: Select the custom field that stores the employee's total special leave days for the current year.
  • : Select the custom field that stores the employee's total sick leave days for the current year.
  • Issue link type: Select the issue link type to link employee issues and leave issues with.

If you use the "Employee Directory" template to create your employee project, the custom fields and link type needed for this section are created automatically.
